Standup Meeting (20 Minutes)
Scholars will meet with fellow teams to conduct standup, and answer the 3 key standup questions:
- What did I do yesterday?
- What will I do today?
- What is in my way?
Scholars will be evaluated by instructors on the following rubric for their participation in the meeting

Conversation Scenarios (15 Minutes)
Teams will be randomly given a script to review and grade according to the rubric.
Teams will share their scenario and justify their rating
Retrospective Meeting (20 Minutes)
Teams will meet to conduct a retrospective meeting. Teams will fill out a retrospective worksheet to prepare for their second sprint.
Scholars will be provided with conversation starters for effective communication
Teams will then create their second sprint in the Plane website and then assign issues to be worked on during the sprint
Exit Ticket (05 Minutes)
Scholars will complete their exit ticket discussing the work they completed today in preparation for their next daily standup meeting
